I would like to take the time to thank you for all of the professionalism and hard work you and your team have showed us throughout the years. As you know, we currently have purchased three PMC homes and are working with you on a possible fourth. We have had many compliments on our PMC homes by many people. In fact, during the inspection process when we sold our first home, the inspectors told us it was a rare find to evaluate a home that was not only built well, but stood the test of time like our home did. They said that they considered our home to be in the very top percentile of homes they evaluated. It is very good to know that when building with PMC, you not only meet today’s building standards you exceed the building standards in many ways. This fact should take a huge burden off of anyone that is considering building a new home.

Also, due to the fact that we have purchased many PMC homes, we have had the wonderful opportunity to meet and work with many of your staff. They all have gone above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the questions/concerns were taken care of. Sean, Ben, Gabe, Kevin, John and many others have always done an exceptional job for us and should be commended. There have been few times that work needed to be done after closing due to weather. There has been no difference in the way were treated before or after closing. In all cases, your team was prompt, thorough, and informative. The quality of work has been second to none. By talking with friends that have used other builders, I know that the connection with a building superintendent has been lost. This is not so with PMC Homes, you know who your superintendent is and are encouraged to be in communication with that person. This concept provides for excellent communication and is frankly something not every builder has.

Finally, I honestly feel like my family is part of the PMC family. I wouldn’t trust another builder to build my new home. When it comes to new home construction and after the sale support, we feel PMC Homes is truly your best decision.

We recently sold our house of fourteen years that was built by PMC Homes. I am writing this letter to express our appreciation for such a well-built house. The couple that bought our house had a very comprehensive three-hour inspection of the house done prior to the final purchase. The house was filled with countless inspectors inspecting the house top to bottom. The final outcome was the downstairs furnace burners were dirty and needed cleaning and two electrical outlet covers ion the living room were loose. The inspectors repeatedly stated they had never seen a house in such good shape especially for being fourteen years old.

We first met you shortly after building our first house back in 1989. You were building homes across the street from our house. We walked through some of your homes and were extremely impressed with the quality and construction. We decided then, that we would build with your company the next time we built and we did exactly that in 1992. We never regretted our decision. Your company built us an outstanding quality home.

Mary Keane was terrific to work with. Not only did she sell out first house in six days but worked with us every step of the process to be sure we would have a house that we would be satisfied with. Now, fourteen years later we decided to build again. Once more we turned to PMC Homes to build our house but this time with a twist, building on our own lot. So far, once more the experience has been great. Mary has done a fabulous job of fine-tuning the plans to get them just the way we envisioned them. We are eagerly awaiting breaking ground. We know without a doubt that the new house will more than meet all of our expectations.

This letter is written to commend your firm for its extreme concern for customer satisfaction. All too often companies hear customer complaints and disregard the seriousness of the issue to the client.

Your are a company that stands by its work and you have proven it by the prompt (less than 24 hrs) attention you gave to my situation.

PMC has greatly exceeded my expectations. Once my grievance was known, you offered a peaceable expression of concern along with a fair resolution. Most companies disregard what seem to be small issues, forgetting that it is the small decisions in life that lead to acquiring larger outcomes. You've realized that each individual customer you respect could ultimately lead to new recommendations.
